Fit TRI Run offers several different ways to get social with your training.
Getting together in a group to work out can do wonders for your fitness and really turn training in to a fun social activity. Attending one of our group sessions does not require you to have a training plan or a fitness goal – you are welcome to come and just try out a group workout anytime. We encourage anyone who is interested in participating in our running and walking groups to join us for weekly runs and walks from our store location at the following times:
Monday at 6pm
Wednesday at 6pm
Thursday at 6pm
Saturday at 630am
Looking to sign up for a running event or a triathlon in 2019? There are so many great events to participate in here in the Galveston / Houston areas. We offer a range of different coaching and training programs to take all of the “guess-work” out of preparing yourself for any upcoming event. There are several options available including a basic membership that grants full access to our facilities and ALL coached group training sessions, pre-made training plan maps to offer an element of planning an guidance, and even full-on individual custom coaching plans with weekly/daily support and encouragement from one of our coaches. Spring Training runs from March 20 until June 8 and is designed to cater to individual running goals or all abilities – from “Couch to 5k” to full 10k+ distances. Training sessions are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 630am. Call 281 787 8285 for more information
